Celebrating Islamic New Year: A Message to Our Valued Muslim Clients and Friends
Dear Valued Clients and Friends,
As the Islamic New Year approaches, we extend our heartfelt wishes to all our Muslim clients for a joyous and blessed New Year. We also wish to take this opportunity to introduce this significant holiday to all our clients.
Understanding Islamic New Year
The Islamic New Year, also known as the first day of Muharram, marks the beginning of the Islamic lunar calendar. Unlike the Gregorian calendar, the Islamic calendar is based on lunar cycles, making the Islamic New Year fall approximately 10 to 12 days earlier each year in the Gregorian calendar.
Muharram is the first month of the Islamic year and one of the four sacred months in Islam. For Shia Muslims, Muharram holds particular significance as it includes Ashura, a day of mourning to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein at the Battle of Karbala. On this day, many Muslims engage in special prayers and commemorative activities. For Sunni Muslims, Ashura is a day to remember the story of Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt, often observed with fasting as a gesture of gratitude and reverence.
Extending Our Wishes to Muslim Clients
During this special time, we extend our sincerest wishes to our Muslim clients. We are grateful for your support and trust over the past year. Your support has been instrumental in our continuous growth and success. We look forward to continuing our partnership in the coming year, embracing new opportunities and challenges together.
Wishing All Our Clients
We also wish to convey our best wishes to all our clients during this reflective time. The Islamic New Year is a time for reflection and looking forward to new beginnings. Whether or not you observe this holiday, we hope you and your families experience peace, happiness, and prosperity in the coming year.
May the New Year bring you health, joy, and success!
Warm regards,
