Integrated type because size is fixed cannot make sure full power working,because size is fixed,meaning battery capacity and solar panel power is fixed,that’s why it have pir sensor.
But Split type not have limited ,battery and solar panel can make as customer request.
Second point ,brand of led chip ,brand of solar panel cells,type of solar panel cells(Mono or Poly), Lithium battery type (12.8v or 11.1V),A grade new battery or used battery, Weight of light fixture(aluminum weight),brand of solar controller. This will be a big range price of solar street light.

Why cannot use used battery ,usually this kind used battery from e-cars, this kind battery already cannot charged full, have run a lot already,so life will very short and very easy have problem.
2)Type of Solar cells
Mono have high efficiency than poly type, but poly is cheaper.
3)weight of street light housing.
For example ,same this design of street light ,some company supplier housing weight is 1KGS,some is 2KGS,because is made by alumiunm, housing more heavy ,cost is more higher.
